How Atlas finds your next 100 customers in any city

Atlas is the lead engine we built to run DigitDwell’s own outreach. It finds businesses in any industry in any city, checks whether they need what you sell, and hands you a list ready for outreach. Here’s how it works and who it’s for.

Every business that sells to other businesses has the same first problem: who do we call? Bought lists are stale by the time they arrive and half the contacts have moved on. Directories tell you a business exists, not whether it needs you. And doing it by hand, one Google Maps search at a time, is the job nobody on the team wants.

We had that problem ourselves. DigitDwell sells websites, software, and AI automation to local businesses, and the ones who need us most are the ones you can spot from the outside: no website, an outdated one, no online booking, a phone that goes to voicemail. So we built a tool that spots them for us. That tool is Atlas.

What Atlas does, step by step

  1. You pick an industry and a city. Med spas in Tampa. Dental offices in Orlando. Gyms in Fort Lauderdale. Any industry, any city in the US.
  2. It finds every business that matches. Atlas pulls from public sources: map listings, business directories, and the businesses’ own websites. No purchased lists.
  3. It fills in the details. Website, phone, public business email, review count and rating, whether they offer online booking, when the site was last updated, and which platform it runs on.
  4. It scores each one against what you sell. This is the part that matters. If you sell websites, a business with no site or a five-year-old template scores high. If you sell booking automation, a business with strong reviews and no way to book online scores high. You define the signals; Atlas applies them to everyone on the list.
  5. It exports. A clean CSV, or a direct push into your CRM, sorted by score and ready for outreach.
  6. It runs the follow-up. Optional: email sequences with proper unsubscribe handling, timed follow-ups, and replies routed back to a person.

What a run looks like

A single run for one industry in one metro area typically returns somewhere between a hundred and a few hundred businesses, of which a third to a half score as real prospects for a given offer. The point isn’t volume. It’s that every contact on the list has a reason to hear from you, and you know what that reason is before you write the first line.

An illustrative run. Real counts depend on the city and the industry.

A list of everyone is worthless. A list of the 178 who have the exact problem you solve is a quarter’s worth of pipeline.

Who it’s for

  • Agencies and consultants who sell to local businesses and want a repeatable way to find the ones that need them.
  • B2B service companies such as payroll, insurance, equipment, and supplies, where the buyer is a business you can identify from the outside.
  • Home services and contractors prospecting property managers, HOAs, and commercial accounts.
  • SaaS founders validating a niche: run three cities, look at who scores, and you know whether the market exists before building for it.

It is not for consumer lists. Atlas works with public business information only, honors opt-outs, and doesn’t touch personal data.

How to get it

Today Atlas runs as part of a custom software engagement: we configure it for your industry, your cities, and your scoring signals, connect it to your CRM, and hand you the workspace. A self-serve version where you log in and run your own searches is in development. Either way, the engagement is quoted as one fixed number after a scoping call, and you own the exports.

Built in Miami, runs anywhere

Atlas is one of the systems DigitDwell builds and operates from Miami, Florida for clients across the US. If you’d like to see it run on your industry and city, book a call and we’ll do a live search together.
